"Part descriptions are not consumer oriented, and it was difficult to find the choice of "door bins" available for my model. Hence the search engine wasn't very helpful because I didn't know which terms would return the "door bin" options available. Even the keyword "door bin" did not result in a complete search result. Unfortunately there was no explosion diagram for my model to help me pinpoint what I need. Hopefully I selected the proper "door bin" and all is well."

"1) The microwave should have come with a manual; I shouldn't have to download it.
2) The QR code on the microwave should link to information for my microwave; not a poorly organized YouTube site that didn't help at all.
3) The manual should give the part number of the filter when it tells you where to order it from.
4) Since it doesn't give the part number I should be able to search by "charcoal filter" and find it; that didn't work.
5) Since searching by charcoal filter didn't work, I should have been able to search by model number, but NO, that didn't work either.
6) I had to open the exploded diagram and click on the part there to actually find the part I wanted. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS AN EXPENDABLE ITEM!!!"
"The fridge is pretty new and all three of the door bins have broken with in a year and half of owning this awful fridge. Samsung said they would not replace them as I was past my 1 year warranty. So now i need to spend 90 plus dollars plus a 28 shipping charge. Shame on you Samsung. The door bins are clearly defective as all three have broken. I have zero confidence in Samsung product and will not be purchasing anymore Samsung Product"
