Customer service on the CHAT was excellent

"The rep on the chat was very patient for me as I was gathering information. He also sent me links to make sure I was getting the correct part. Super nice, too. It's exactly what I needed today. Too much Christmas and COVID stress today. Thank you for being excellent!"

how is this---confusing

"the original order page and trying to figure out what was wanted where could be so much easier. I would put numbers in one place and other numbers would drop out....so in the end I did a WAG and hope I didn't just waste $57....

now you want an invoice number and I am blocked out by this page....

Really? 4-6 weeks for a remote control??

"Brand new tv, and I made a horrible rookie move and spilled wine on the new remote. I own that, I want to pay for a new remote. Is it easy to get a new remote - NOT AT ALL. Super sad and frustrated with my pretty new tv. No longer love it."

NEW Paddle lever for fridge

"My repair warranty through Sears expired and now I am trying to fix the fridge myself. Yeah! I was able to find the parts online quicker than the service number for Samsung . The site is user friendly and is clear as to the model and parts numbers. Wish there were videos of how to replace parts available with the part order. "
