Rabbit Holes!

"Could not find a search bar where I could simply put in my model number and see parts I need until I went through automated bot answers before getting a person in the UK who told me I needed to start over with another bot in the US who finally gave me a person who gave me a US site to enter my model number and see the part. Ugh. "

Poor process for re-ordering

"This complaint is for the process of placing a re-order. My first suggestion is to add more detail to the order history so the customer knows where their order is in the process. My second suggestion is to add a feature that would make re-ordering easier. A simple button by the order history labeled "re-order" to make the process easier? Of course, you'll want to have the customer renter the CCD but that is much easier than having to go through the whole order process as if I had never ordered before."

Frustrated

"After much navigating through the main Samsung sight, I was informed I would have to order the owners manual as a part on this website. I'm not a complete illiterate when it comes computers but I found this to be very frustrating. Over 2 hours. I set up a user name and password at Samsung and had to set up another one for parts.

"your website doesn't tell u were to order the filter I spoke with 4 different departments no one knew anything. I was on a chat sesion for 1/2 couldn't answer a simple question how do I buy a replacement water filter R u Kidding me Last Samsung appliance I will ever buy and never recommend. I was on an automated replacement program. Which no longer exists so now I am paying $20.00 more per filter. U loose. I will replace them less often. "
