"This is the third time I have tried to get the correct part for my appliance. Your parts distributor sent me the wrong part twice. I could have returned them but it wasn't worth the trouble. They finally asked me to send the S/N and the model #. I was then informed that with this particular model I would have to replace the entire partition. That is not a problem however it would have been nice it the so called experts would have requested that information when I first started this journey. Can't say much good about your quality control. "
