"Very fast, easy and convenient process! I like that the company actually requested a signature to use their credit line and confirm charges. As well as a signature for the delivery of my items. Most companies do not and packages are just left on the doorstep as a free for all. Shipping was extremely fast! I tried another online retailer whose website has information about 0% interest for 60 months for a specific machine which is listed directly on the product information pages several times, it's even in the product title but when I called they said they would not honor it and that it was only for 12 months. And they still have not updated their website with the correct information! Very bad misrepresentation of their products as well as customer service! I found sewing machine plus who offered the same serger I was looking at for 24 months which was definitely better than 12 months. I ended up buying a sewing machine as well with sewing machine plus because of the longer financing offer. I am very happy with both machines!! I will definitely be shopping with this company again!!!! "
