"My wife and I are older and had just moved back to Las Vegas. In the past I’ve always had a grill but 5 years ago when we sold our house out here to move to Atlanta, Ga I had to leave my TEC Grill in our outdoor kitchen. We decided we didn’t want to go the outdoor kitchen route because of the costs involved and it is stationary. We did want a good grill that looked nice, was built nicely and was durable, but didn’t want to blow a whole lot of money on the big money grills that are out there. We looked at them and strongly considered them but decided to step down for something that did the same thing but for less money. We went on line and researched grills extensively, besides visiting nearly ever grill store in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. We were leaning towards the Lion Grill, or a AOG Grill which I had seen. Then I saw the Blaze Grills advertised on the BBQGuys.com website. After reading about it and checking it out on line we called your store and spoke with a very nice young man, whose name I forget. I peppered him on speaker phone, so my wife could listen and ask questions as well. After answering all our questions we decided to purchase the Blaze Grill on the spot and did so. That was on 12/16/13. The grill was delivered today around 11:00 am, 12/23/13. It was palletized and protected in excellent boxes and packaging. Not a scratch or dent was I able to find on the grill and cart.
Actually, I dreaded putting the cart together based on past experiences when things never quit seem to line up and such. This cart was a breeze to assemble and actually went together as the directions stated. I managed to assemble it nearly by myself until my wife came out to the garage to see what I was doing and of course jumped in and gave me an extra hand. The engineering and thought that went into designing and making this cart and grill is some of the very best I’ve ever seen. I didn’t have to jimmy anything to get it to align. The only thing I would note is that no washers were shipped with the grill, though it called for a lot of them. I keep stuff in the garage so I had enough to get the job done per the instructions. Since then I have found out they concluded that washers weren't needed so no longer ship them but haven 't updated the instruction sheet to reflect that yet.
The only negative comment I would make at this time is that there was no grid lifting handle included with the grill, though the grids had holes for one. They really should include that and I have also sent an e-mail to Blaze Grills as well as writing a review on your website.
Our experience in ordering on line with BBQGuys I would rate as the most enjoyable one we have yet had! You told us about the product, you shipped it quickly (the very same day) and it arrived exactly as you said it would!"
"...I purchased my first 24" Vented Gas Log Set from Gas Log Guys. The service I received was outstanding. The tutorials on their web site answered many questions about purchasing and installing the gas logs. I received the gas log set with everything I needed except final connection to my 1/2 gas line. I purchased the parts I needed at Home Depot. Installation went smoothly with no problems. I am very handy with home projects but you may need to have a professional do the gas hook up.
...The gas logs were A quality, very impressive, better then anything I have seen locally. I purchased the Platinum Bright Embers as an option. I received a little bag of ceramic wool chunks. Once I lit my logs I could not believe how well these pieces replicated hot coals. Be sure to buy these with your log set, you will not be disappointed.
...I now have a very beautiful gas log set in my home. My friends are really impressed. Of course I highly recommend buying from Gas Log Guys. Shipping was done as promised by FedEx.

"I ordered a set of gas logs on Thursday 12/19/2013. Even with the bad weather and the holiday, they arrived this morning, Monday 12/23/2013 with not extra shipping cost. Upon examining the logs, I found one that was cracked. A phone call to customer service was answered on the second ring. Jeremy took my information and immediately sent me an email with a request for a picture attached to a reply to this e-mail. I replied with a picture attached. A few hours later, I received an e-mail from Keegan, stating that he was filing a claim to get me a replacement and that in the mean time I could use my logs without any risk of harm.
