After a month, I discovered that the rubber hose connecting my grill to the propane tank was defective. I notified their customer service and they sent me stainless steel flex hose the next day without question. Great service backing up great products!"

"I purchased the Viking Outdoor 30" Charcoal Smoker from BBqGuys/ShoppersChoice. I received several timley informative e-mail updated communications concerning status, and delivery thoughout the process. The shipping was fast. Upon arrival, during inspection, noted a problem with the leg roller caster having damage, having occured during shipment since a holding pin was missing. The unit is 375lbs, so a replacement was necessary. I called the customer service line, and talked to Elizabeth. I have in the past had less then good results with other online sellers when problems arose. This was not the case with ShopperChoice/BBQGuys. Elizabeth was friendly, concerned, and ensured the replacement parts were sent immediatly from Viking. The parts arrived very quickly, and unfortunely one piece turned out to be incorrect. I called back again, and spoke to Elizabeth. I thought she would be tired from hearing from me, but this was not the case. She immediatly contacted Viking and requested the correct replacement part sent. Viking quickly contacted me as well, and was equally as friendly and prompt. I was very surprised as to how well this issue was resolved, with no cost to me. The responsiveness by both companies was unequaled by any other online shopping businesses I have dealt with in the past. I give them five stars, and their customer service departments five stars as well. I won't hesitate to purchase from these reputable companys in the future.
