"I called ShoppersChoice.com directly to get a feel for how the representative thought delivery would take to arrive in Las Vegas, as well as how well the grill would be packaged. I was purchasing a grill that was over $5,000 and if it did not arrive in good condition, I wanted to know how I would have to go about making a claim. The young lady I spoke with was great and she made me very comfortable about ordering through ShoppersChoice.com.
I had received an email from ShoppersChoice.com letting me know that 'tis the season for grilling, and due to my choice in grill being extremely popular, that my shipment would be pushed back a few days. Well that actually was not the case! My grill was delivered by the date I originally thought it would be when I placed my order!

I ordered a control knob from my TEC grill. It was an old grill and rather than guess, they called TEC to make sure they had the correct one. Well TEC gave them the wrong knob and it didn't match the other knob. I wrote and told them of the problem and sent them a picture. They sent another knob so that both would match, NO CHARGE!

I purchased 2 outdoor, patio tables from them and one of the glass tabletops was damaged in the shipping, which was done by the manufacturer while shipping from overseas. I notified Shoppers Choice immediately and sent a photo. They promptly returned my email and phone calls. I got a quote to get a replacement piece of glass and it was more than the manufacturer of the table was willing to pay us, but Shoppers Choice said that they would do whatever it took to resolve the problem and that THEY would send us a check for the replacement glass.
