"Ordered a DigiDoc 5+ and had it very quickly. Had some issues with at first where the tempature readings would just start jumping and then say OFF. Contacted their customer service for an RMA exchange and asked if it would be possible to return just the unit as I had taped and ran all the temp probes and fan wires. Got an email back the next day with an RMA number and an email from Gary explaining to send just the unit back. From when I finally sent it, I got the new unit back in my hands in about a week and works perfectly!

"Had a problem with the VGA silencer I ordered and tried to get ahold of them via email. Because of the storms it was a couple days before I got a response. He appologised for the delay and told me he had already sent a replacement out! In addition it had a pre-paid envolope to send the defective one back! I am absolutly speechless. Not even Newegg would be so kind! DEFINATLY plan to buy from them again A++"

"I was very pleased with the service I received from Sidewinder Computers Inc. I emailed them about the possible purchase of a heatsink for my new mobo, and got a quick and professional response from one of their technicians, Gary Stofer. He was courteous and knowledgable about the products in question, a Thermalright XP-90 and XP-120, and didn't push me to buy anything. I will definately do business with them again."

"GREAT PRICES & AWESOME SERVICE! I purchased an incorrect waterblock for my a64 system so I emailed sales at Sidewinder Computers and got a quick response from Gary Stofer (super nice guy) within 24 hours. Everything has been sorted out and I'll be pretty much be exchanging the waterblock for the correct one. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again! REALLY GREAT SERVICE! =D"

"Well, I have written many rants about vendors and tech companies, but this is one of the few times I've sung a vendors praises. I just stumbled on to their site as I was looking for a Delta fan (They have a ton of them). I had just purchased a new SwiftTech heatsink and was looking for a good fan. I wrote them and asked some questions figuring I'd never here back. (After all we are talking about a $14 fan) I got a very informative response later that day. So, I figure there are good folks so I place my order. They ship via USPS priority mail. My order goes out the same day and 2 days later my postman brings it to my door. Hey, it gets better. I place another order on December 23rd. I figure I'll get it after the holiday weekend? Get this, on Christmas morning my kids are opening their presents and the postmen brings it to my door! I damn near fainted in shock. Score one for Sidewinder and the Post Office. I've since placed another order and gotten the same fast service. They even provide support and have given me tips on installing things I bought from other vendors! In short, these folks are like having a good friend in the business and no, I don't know them from Adam."

"I can't say enough good things about the people at Sidewinder. especially Gary Stofer. I've done business with them a couple of times now and those times were not close together. ( I just don't upgrade that often ) But they treated me like an old friend they haven't seen for awhile and made me feel welcome. I'll not only continue to do business with them, I'm thinking I'm going to make them my sole supplier for anything they stock that I need, even if I find it cheaper somewhere else. You can't buy the personal service they provide"

"I placed my first order with Sidewinder for a Swiftech MCX6400-V, 2 Delta FFB series fans, and an Artic Cooling ATI Silencer.

From the start, Gary was very helpful and informative. He replied to emails at all hours, and was very flexible in his shipping costs.

At the last minute before my order shipped, I realised that I wouldn't be able to run one of my fans directly off the motherboard header. I emailed Gary to ask him if he could include one of the Sidewinder RPM cables with my order, which he did!

These guys are the shiznit in the online retailer world, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for PC cooling accessories. 10 out of 10!
