We purchased this product because it is known for its durability. After contacting the company, they have concluded it's due to "user error" and did not even offer a repair solution. "Overall satisfied. The only thing that could be improved on, is the connection of the water supply lines for the clawfoot tub that I purchased from Signature and the roughed in plumbing. I understand I'm not a professional plumber but on any compression fitting under pressure I wouldn't assume that an "O" ring would work for the seal. Which it didn't after just a few seconds from turning on the water. They came apart but luckily I was near the shut off and now will have to find a new gasket to work with this connection.
