"After shopping around town we were un-able to find the new range hood we wanted. My wife searched and found what appeared to be the perfect one at Signature Hardware. Signature Hardware offers free shipping but as is the norm this does not include Alaska. I was on their web site wondering how to figure out the shipping to Alaska when I noticed the Chat button. I clicked it and was quickly greeted by Patricia. I asked about shipping and she was swift in getting me the price for shipping. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The one thing that could have been better if I could have gotten the price of shipping prior to entering all my credit card information and shipping information. The item was shipped ground to Alaska and took about a week, which is a good speed for here. The item also was shipped prior to me waking up in the morning."

"We live in Canada and I ordered a shower curtain for my clawfoot tub. The shipping time was amazing - it was here in less than a week delivered by UPS. My only complaint is that when the product was delivered there was a $46 COD bill with it - I knew I would be expecting to pay duty and taxes, but as well the fee included a $29 broker fee. I have ordered products from other hardware sites in the US and have never had to pay such a high fee, or else they include the taxes and duty in the price, so at least you know ahead of time. Other than that their service was great and the shipping was extremely fast"
"Great experience, we ordered a complete bathroom. Tub, sink, toilet, and fixtures with a curtain rack mounted in the ceiling. All the items were shipped and received within 14 days. I failed to order a drain kit for the tub and customer service assisted me and had the parts I needed shipped in no time. "
"Very good staff. I ordered two sinks from them and they had to cancel my order due to the top half of the sink being discontinued. The nice thing was that the lady I talked to on the phone spent a few hours finding a suitable substitute that met my needs and called me back with the info. The only bad thing about Signature Hardware is most of their stuff is made in China. They have very few sinks left that are not made in China. I really hope they will reconsider and buy more from other countries. So far, all of my purchases (totaling 5 sinks) have been made in Brazil and they are the nicest sinks I have ever seen. However, they only have a handful of products left from this manufacturer. "
