"I wished there had been some dimensions in the description on your website. It was very difficult to tell from the picture how large it was. It would have saved me some time and money as I had to send this product back. It was too large for my sink. Although I found the product very well made, the directions were pathetic. I have installed many sinks so I am very familiar with the process. The instructions were very confusing and did not present a clear picture of how to install all the pieces that came with it. My only guess is that you are supplying way too many pieces for the installation of this faucet.

"BUYER'S BEWARE.They were offering free shipping on merchandise over $50.00,beware of their fine print general guidelines.Their measurement description was not clear,I called the next day to order an exchanged item.(Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee.)The rep issued me an In-House Credit which was the difference from the old charge& the new charge until they received my old item.In my case the original amount happened to be more than the exchanged amount,so I was charged the difference of the old item vs.the new.Essentially,I paid for double shipping it cost me over $15.00 to send the old item to them,plus they kept the $9.75 credit.I have shopped online stores for over 10 years and have never had this much trouble trying to deal with customer service.(In their fine print)Items that include prepaid (free) shipping will have the actual shipping charges, both to and from destination (if applicable), deducted before applying the 10% restocking fee.My situation was an exchange so it was not defined in the above explanation.I would not buy from this company online again.I attempted to reason with middle management,a comment was made in notes that I was a diffcult customer and they would bump my complaint to higher management,but they never returned my call.I do not feel Signature Hardware handled my situation in a fair manner.I could have traveled 20 miles and found what I needed,but I was caught by their "great offer" of free shipping over $50.00."
