"I can’t describe How Much Daniel helped me in 600 words, So I’ll be brief, he helped me on a product I didn’t buy there but it needed to be fixed so he jumped in and worked on it--for 3 hours!!!! who does that?
I will NEVER go anywhere to buy software again but at Softwarekeep... the service is unbelievable!

"Everything was great except the 15 minute timer that said I would get my key within that time frame after my purchase (10/14/2024 4:44PM) . The timer would count down 10 seconds and then reset to 15 minutes; repeatedly. Emails floating in during my wait said: 1) Invoice arrived (10/14/2024 5:05PM), 2) that the purchase was being reviewed by a support specialist (10/14/2024 5:07PM, 3) then a "request update" with the key (10/14/2024 5:28PM). That's a total of 44 minutes. That's not a huge deal in itself but your process leads the purchaser to believe that something will happen very soon and the purchaser can get on with downloading the product. The resetting timer was particularly annoying and it caused me to try to play with it somehow to get it to continue it's count. The timer thing set an erroneous expectation thus the discount of one star from perfect."

"I pre-ordered MS Office 2024 Professional. I received the confirmation, then an email reminding me it was a preorder and offering to change or cancel the order if that was a problem. Apparently, getting licenses for the Professional version is an exercise in futility right now (Microsoft does not have them, either, so it is not a SoftwareKeep problem), I was sent another email advising me of the difficulty, apologizing, and again offering to cancel or convert the order to Home or Home and Business. A couple of days later I received another email throwing in the towel on Professional, apologizing, and giving me the option of one of the other versions or canceling the order outright. While this sounds like an ordeal, I very much appreciated the updates and realized what the problem was.
I eventually advised them I would convert the order to Home and Business. Once they got that, they processed the refund of the difference quickly and I received my code and download instructions.
I have used SoftwareKeep for several years, especially for MS products, and I have always been extremely happy with the outcome and the professionalism. These folks are top-notch. Anybody (well almost anybody) can look professional when everything goes as planned. SoftwareKeep looks great when things do not go as planned. I can't say that about a lot of companies/organizations/people these days. They are and will remain one of my preferred vendors."

"I’ve used word for years and love it. Price was ok but I found it cheaper after I purchased. I had some difficulty getting it to open after I installed it. I tried the chat but it wouldn’t allow me to type. I emailed Softwarekeep. They sent me my code… not sure why I didn’t receive it with my receipt. However, the only page that opened didn’t have anywhere to type the code. So, I ended up having to call Softwarekeep to get help. It wasn’t the easiest conversation but I got it installed. "

"It is Microsoft that is faulty. I wanted the Publisher app. and the Word app I downloaded does not include Publisher as I realize now. It is often the case when we buy a product online. So bad for me. The title of the product was well Publisher on the announcement on the Web."

"There were problems with the serial number, which turned out to be partly my problem. Support was quick, effective, and I now have my purchase up and running.
I also ordered the USB stick to go with it.
It never arrived. I discussed it with Support, and he said I could continue to wait or just wipe it off the order. I told him I couldn't even remember why I ordered it in the first place, so go ahead and cancel that. He said if it ever does come, consider it a gift. The USB stick was backcharged off my credit card almost immediately.
It came weeks later, several months after my order. It appears to be coming from a third party in Vancouver, CA. As much as I appreciate the now-freebie, I don't know how good an idea it is to have a supplier that unreliable on what should be pretty routine."
