"I purchased my software and received it almost immediately after I paid, however there was a problem trying to load it , I contacted Daniel who was more than eager to help me, he remotely took control over my computer only to find I ordered the wrong software for the version of Windows I was running on my computer, he then explained what I needed and what the cost was going to be, but Daniel did something you just don't here of these days, Daniel refunded me all of the money I paid for the first error software I had downloaded and then he provided me with the corrected version of Microsoft's Office all for the same price.
