There was a small delay in getting the download but the staff at softwarekeep kept me informed and connected until I got my software. Easy to install. "I purchased my software and received it almost immediately after I paid, however there was a problem trying to load it , I contacted Daniel who was more than eager to help me, he remotely took control over my computer only to find I ordered the wrong software for the version of Windows I was running on my computer, he then explained what I needed and what the cost was going to be, but Daniel did something you just don't here of these days, Daniel refunded me all of the money I paid for the first error software I had downloaded and then he provided me with the corrected version of Microsoft's Office all for the same price. Initially when Daniel loaded the Microsoft Office it did not look right to him and he told me it may take a while for Microsoft to upgrade the software. I am happy to say that two hours later my computer began its up grade of office and all is well and I received my full refund the the following day. The honesty of Daniel and his company I would feel confident to recommend them to anyone.
