"I purchased Software from this site, and then went into a panic thinking I purchased the wrong the software. Of course I immediately called their support line in hopes of correcting my mistake. After my explanation and them reviewing my order they figured out that I didn't follow the installation steps and they walked me through installation. Clear easy to follow their instructions and I was up and running in minutes. Its nice when customer service helps.. They quickly identified the issue and were able to assist me in completing the installation process.
