"The reason I didn’t give a five star review is because when I purchased the product (Microsoft Office 360)
- first: it took like 30 minutes to get an email confirmation back.
- then: they needed some confirmation that I was the authorized buyer or something,
- lastly: they sent me a code that had already been assigned to another customer.
All-in-all it took about an hour and a half to finally get a unique registration code.
On a positive note, Eric, from tech support was very responsive through chat. "
