I was having difficulty getting the pin to work with my Microsoft account to access the download Ray Bryan offered to take over my computer in order effect the download. He did a great job preparing my system, effecting the download, updating all of the programs and testing things out. I was very frustrated and he completely calmed my nerves. He did a great job and I appreciated his assistance!"

I had the product less than 24 hours when I first requested a refund. It was bought through PayPal so if I don't hear from you soon I will contact my credit card company to see if they can help.

"I ordered, as verified by my invoice, Microsoft Word 2021. That is also the product that was advertised online, and for $69.99, was a good price. When I received the license key to download, it was for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021, which is available elsewhere for less than 1/2 the price. Microsoft Word is included, but the "lifetime " license is very different (you can look it up). I also didn't want or need the other products that are part of the Office package I received. Be sure to double check the product listed in the email that provides your key BEFORE you activate it. Make sure it is the same thing showing on your invoice. Once activated, no return or refund."
