I was assured I would receive a refund but it would take some time before I received it. Overall I will never order from this company again and would suggest they make an effort to improve their customer service."
"They appear to be selling a stand alone version of MS Outlook when in fact you receive a download for some Home & Office Suite (2.2GB) that most Mac users don't need. In addition, it shows up in your Outlook email account as a new subscription! I had to spend over an hour on MS chat to verify that I did not in fact subscribe to anything. I filed a distributor complaint with Microsoft and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they offer no returns despite their claims of such on their website. I won't fall for cheap prices again - buy direct and get exactly what you're paying for."
