"Tried to purchase Publisher as a single app on top of our 365 subscription, but was told the licenses had run out and they'd give us Professional Suite 2021. So, we're stuck with a different format for updating our apps and now have duplicated 365, which was already paid for. The first customer service person who helped us was trying to be generous, but should have explained this would replace 365 (hey, they're the experts, not us). The second person we chatted with, after we realized the problem, insisted we'd be better off with this Suite and we could get a refund for 365, etc., etc. Too late to get the refund from Softwarekeep since we'd accessed the product key. It might be don't shoot the messenger, but it seemed like we were having something forced on us. Again, we had no way of knowing what a mess this supposed substitute would make of things and they should have just said they could not supply the app as purchased. Sure, it could be a nice fix, but it should have been explained and we should have been allowed to say no thanks if they ran out of Publisher licenses."
