"I don't usually give reviews but I must say they went above and beyond.
For some reason I had trouble downloading the program and I called tech support a couple of times and got it done. Then when I tried to activate the program I couldn't get it to connect to Microsoft.com to unlock the program. We spent 3-4 hours. Come to find out somehow my profile on my computer got corrupted so once we fixed that it worked like a charm.

"I was extremely sceptical about buying from Softwarekeep due to mixed feedback in online threads. However, I didn't want to pay full price with Microsoft, so I took the risk. My key to access the software took awhile to come through and I had to provide proof the card used was mine, which made me more anxious while waiting for the key. After I gave the info needed the key came through pretty quickly and set up was simple and easy. No issues on the set up front. Had the process/pathway to obtaining the key been better, this would have been a five star."
