"Adam B was very helpful, asking for certain pictures or videos to quickly assess the situation with our F-63 treadmill. He assigned us customer support ticket # 152363. Once he confirmed what we suspected, that the drive motor was bad, he quickly updated our ticket with an order number (762827-1) for the new motor. Also let us know that once the motor ships, we should receive an email with a tracking number. Since our treadmill was still under the warranty for labor, he told us that within three days of us receiving the new motor, and independent service technician should be calling us to schedule an appointment to install the new motor. Only time will tell how the rest of the process plays out, but our experience with Adam B was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for fabulous customer service Adam!"

This was my first Sole Treadmill and I love it! I have recommended it to so many people. I was bummed the other day when the rollers started making some crazy noises out of nowhere.
