"The customer service rep was very prompt in her responses to my emails. The only issue we had is that we had to have the original order confirmation, since we purchased our treadmill on line, and we had not kept that before the warranty could be activated. I had registeded my treadmill when I purchased it and I received notification when their was a class action lawsuit against the machine, so Sole was aware of my purchase and the warranty registration. So it was very frustrating that I had to also have the order confirmation. It would be helpful if that would add information on the warrenty registration card to keep your receipt or order confirmation email. Other than that, our customer service was good."

"I called Paige to inquire about some issues I was having with my treadmill. She was able to identify the problems and order me the right parts to fix it which were under warranty. She then asked if there were any other issues I was having, and I explained to her an error message I had received. I only called to get the motor replaced, but Paige was able to go through the issue I was having with the error message and identify several other parts I would need, which were still covered. Thanks to one phone call with Paige, I was able to get what I needed to completely fix my treadmill. I'm so excited to have my treadmill working again, and since I'll be getting all the parts at one time, I can get it completely fixed in one shot. Paige completely surpassed my customer service expectations and provided incredible service. "
