"Came sooner than expected. Arrived a little bit beat up, but made notations on the delivery receipt. One of the front transport wheels were broken in shipping which we didn't find out till we put it together 2 weeks later. Called customer service and spoke with Robert D. ( order# 765269-1), within 2 minutes he ordered the replacement part & we were done. E-Z P-Z .Also want to put a shout out for Caroline at customer service who corrected the delivery address on my replacement part. It was probably one of my best customer service experiences between Robert D. & Caroline.
Assembly instructions could be better , thank goodness there are a lot of you tube videos out there."

Feeling this way, even with 2 electrical issues.
On 2 independent occurrences, wires burn & the unit stopped functioning. The customer service on both instances, has exceeded my highest expectations. Great communication, telephonically & email. Simple requests from service department, ie; photo & description of what happened. After sending requested info, received emails, advising new parts will be shipped.

Here’s my back story. Prior to purchasing my F80, I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill at double the cost of the F80. Few months after purchase, the “mother board” became defective. Nordic Tracks customer service, pales compared to Sole. Countless hours were spent on hold, & emails were ignored. After months of no assistance, had them pick it up, & purchased my Sole. Is it annoying, that on 2 occasions the wired fried, sure. But the quick response to rectify the problem in the most efficient way possible, has made me a Sole customer, for as long as I can exercise.
If you’re looking for a company that stands behind their product, stop looking, this is the company.
