Took awhile but finally found support

"I requested a replacement sticker for the console safety key on the brand new F85 treadmill we bought in spring of 2023 which arrived all scratched up.

For some reason, although I had explained in detail that it was just the sticker and forwarded clear photos, no one could locate one. Some told me it didn't matter as the key still functioned.

But the treadmill is in a room that gets hot in summer. And the key is removed to prevent melting and warping.

And to be frank, the production or quality control issues are not the customer's fault.

In any event, after waiting an age due to ongoing supplier issues, I finally received a sticker in December, but it was the one for the entire console and not the safety key.

I was really frustrated because we paid for the extra 5-year warranty and had waited six months for nothing.

But I contacted Sole once again to see what they would do. The customer service agent, Robert D, was able to talk to a manager and finally locate the console key sticker.

And, I wanted to write a review because I did appreciate the diligence and effort Robert D showed in continuing to work this issue and in finding what was actually needed as no one before had.

Also, I realize others would have given up and told us to live with it. And even though it's just a small thing, no one wants to pay $2400 for a brand new piece of quality fitness equipment and then fail to receive supportive customer service to keep the equipment in good condition and lasting for years.
