Service department personnel spot on

"Viola G. Was very able to help me getting missing parts and a better understanding of the instructions. Some of the part numbers in the instructions were wrong and we were able to work them out to set up what needs to be. Shipped. Your tech writting team needs to go through the E25 manual for mistakes. Also the lube tube uses that was in the parts needs to be much better explained as to what and where it is to be used for."

Great service!

"Fortunately, Cecelia from Sole Tech Support was able to assist me with initial set up of my F85. She was very knowledgeable and answered several of my concerns satisfactorily. I spoke with a technician earlier and he was not able to put me at ease. Cecelia helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues as well as put a plan in place to repair a fan that did not function. I feel a lot better about the product and support available now. Thanks again Cecelia!"
