"Fortunately, Cecelia from Sole Tech Support was able to assist me with initial set up of my F85. She was very knowledgeable and answered several of my concerns satisfactorily. I spoke with a technician earlier and he was not able to put me at ease. Cecelia helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues as well as put a plan in place to repair a fan that did not function.
