"We ordered the unit online and it was delivered promply and professionaly by a trucking company. The unit is large and the trucking company used a pallet jack to wheel it into my garage. The unit was packed tightly in styrofoam, so I was surprised when I noticed one of the foot pads was cracked. I put the unit together in no time and tried to super glue the crack, but the crack keeps opening back up. Khristian Leigh at their service department said she will get me a replacement foot pad and have a tech come out to install it. Great customer service.
As for the unit, it has more features than we will ever use, great work out.

"I purchased a SOLE E25 Elliptical on 12/16/23 at ****'s Sporting Goods. They only had the floor model available, so I bought it. When we started using it on 12/25, we realized that 4 parts were damaged. I called SOLE and spoke with Khristian on Friday afternoon 12/29/23. She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Since I didn't get an Owner's Manual from ****'s, she emailed one to me. Khristian also helped me to locate the Serial No on the E25 (since I didn't have an Owner's Manual, I didn't know how or where to find the Serial No). She immediately opened a warranty order (Invoice No 758260-1; Support Ticket No 145600). We spoke again on the next business day (Tuesday 1/2/24) and Khristian placed an order for the 4 damaged parts and she arranged for a technician to come to my house to replace the damaged parts. The next morning (1/3/24), Khristian sent an email confirming everything. I am just waiting for the parts to be shipped and for the technician to replace them. Dealing with Khristian has been great. She is very easy to communicate with and her emails are very detailed and accurate. I wish every business had customer service reps like her. Khristian is a real asset to your company!"
