"I call customer support about a cracked deck on my SOLE F80 treadmill. Viola was very helpful and looked up my machine to determine warranty options for me. Excellent, timely, friendly service

"After a phone call wasn't able to resolve my need, I sent an email requesting help. I expected to wait days (especially around the holidays), but within 2 hours I got an emailed response AND a phone call.

Angee sent me the info I needed to find my serial number - very clear and simple (now that I knew where to look: inside the top shroud on the main vertical stem).

With that info, I called Hannah back and got over-the-top customer service. She not only determined the part I need and initiated immediate shipment, she also sent detailed installation instructions. And her friendly Southern hospitality can't be beat! The best-ever customer experience I've had in a long time.

I really did some research and Sole by far had the best customer service.

"I was purchasing a treadmill and spent a lot of time trying to figure out which treadmill was best. after hours and hours of research I narrowed it down to 3 treadmills. Although the F63 was slightly more the customer service at Sole was superior. No out sourced Call Center Everyone I spoke to was courteous, flexible and knowledgeable. After all this research and interacting with Sole it became evident this was the best in this price range. Aaron completed the deal for me. I called Customer Service as though I had a problem and it was not a long wait time like some of their competitors when I had to wait almost 2 hours numerous times. I feel good about this purchase. Thanks to Savannah to who I emailed and she responded with all the contact information. It is refreshing in this time of outsourcing knowing they are available to help with any issue.
The little bit of extra money is an after thought when knowing the company is here in the US and you can pick up the phone to get assistance. Thanks Aaron!! Thanks Savannah and Scott!
