"I placed an order for the F80 treadmill on the 11/27 as a Christmas present. On 12/5 the treadmill was delivered with a very damaged box. I reached out to customer service for support and was told to open the box to evaluate if the treadmill was damaged. I sent pictures to support showing the motor cover was cracked in multiple places. More and more people were added to the email thread with zero support or resolution. Eventually a week later I informed me that this is just cosmetic and I can set up the treadmill. If only I could have been told that right away. I go to set up the treadmill and fully remove it from the box and discover that there is even more damage. I asked for a replacement to be sent out because at this point I don’t trust the treadmill and since it is a present I want to make sure it is safe. I requested the replacement on 12/14 two weeks after the original order because at no point was I ever informed that this was even an option. I reiterated that this is a Christmas present and was told that my treadmill shipment would be a priority. Now 12/22 the treadmill still has not shipped and I doubt I will receive it by Christmas. I’m just hoping at this point that I am shipped a fully functional treadmill that arrives in one piece. I am extremely disappointed in Sole. A truly merry Christmas to have one broken treadmill sitting in my garage waiting for pickup and nothing to actually gift. Hopefully others who ordered treadmills for Christmas are happier than I am. "
