Part Replacement Experience ticket # 141704

"I purchased a Sole F63 Treadmill shortly after Thanksgiving from ****'s Sporting Goods. ****'s delivery vendor AIT delivered and installed/put together the treadmill. However, later in the day I discovered the beverage tray was cracked and had a hole in it. I contacted AIT and they were no help! I then went back to ****'s and they provided me a number to Sole to call. I was not happy with the service I was getting from both AIT and ****'s. I called Sole and spoke to Cecelia R. She was so patient and worked with me to get an incident ticket opened (141704) to have the damaged part replaced. My stress level from the previous experience really went down thanks to Cecelia's professionalism and willingness to ensure I was taken care of!"

Quickly put a plan of action in place, and was a very nice person to work with!

"I worked with Hannah to resolve Case 5888222302000021, which involved a lot of clanging and banging coming from my new TT8, on it's very first run! (grumble grumble.....) I am looking forward to my replacement part and its installation by a technician, all put in place by Hannah!

Makes me feel good about buying SOLE!

Helpful tech support!

"My Sole treadmill stopped working this morning -- it would turn on, but was unresponsive. I called Sole tech support, and Cecilia walked me through troubleshooting over the phone (and also texted me helpful photos and videos) and we were able to successfully troubleshoot the problem (and the treadmill now works again!) She was kind and patient, and having a working treadmill again totally made my day."

Customer service as it should be

"I have a broken treadmill right out of the box. Carolyn was super helpful. It was so nice to talk to someone who speaks great English and understands me. She was very knowledgeable about the potential causes of my issue and walked me through the process like a pro. It was obvious she knew her products. It's so hard to find a company like that anymore. She was able to initiate a repair herself and not put me on hold to get permission. Fantastic! This is my first purchase from Sole Fitness, and as disappointing as it was to get a broken item, I am more than happy with the resolution at this point."
