"We bought a sole elliptical few years ago and it is having service issues. I contacted the tech support number provided by Dicks and Adam B logged request number 158338 to work on the issue. The product is E35 Elliptical. From dealing with various call numbers, my expectation to get good service was on a level of 2 ! But from the onset Adam was determined to help me inspite of the fact that I did not have many pertinent information for him to provided needed help. I have no idea year of purchase, whether registered etc. Adam was ever so patient and yesterday walked us through opening the cover to figure out the SN. He provided me with information on what is still under warranty and provided a listing of approved service companies in our area. He is simply wonderful and provided me with perfect client experience. I can totally appreciate his service from my own background working to provided good client support in the software company.
