"I purchased a Darbee Darblet during a daily deal. It self-destructed within 24 hours. One phone call had a return label provided, and I returned the defective for exchange.
Once it was received, I didn't hear anything, so after a few days, I contacted their Social Media Director, Stuart. He followed up for me, and I had the replacement in 2 days. Great support, great products. Can't fault them for the Christmas crazies. Thanks, SS and SSignal. :)"
"Be careful. Ordered a Direct TV receiver and was told it did not come with a remote, so I ordered a remote as well, and received 2 with my package. Also paid for expedited processing and 2nd day delivery for a weekend event, but when installing the receiver, Direct TV said the card and receiver ID didn't match. Took until the next week to be resolved, so money wasted on shipping, etc. Mike at Solid Signal blamed the issue on Direct TV being "stupid", and refused to credit any expedited shipping charges."

"I have made numerous purchases from Solid Signal beginning in 2011. Often, I consult with one of the engineers because Solid Signal offers a wide variety of products. Cliff Chapman has been especially helpful when solving cellular telephone coverage problems or when we needed a point-to-point Ethernet bridge set up between two buildings about 1/4 mile apart. Solid Signal has GREAT tech support. I'm sure their customer support is just as good, but I've never had an order problem. I once called them at 5pm Eastern needing a shipment in Virginia the following morning. As I pulled into the facility the next day, the UPS driver was just climbing back into his truck. Perfecto! Fantastic service, knowledgeable engineers, a great range of vendors and equipment, very competitive prices, and FAST shipping department. I use Solid Signal every chance I get."
