"After receiving a pre-amp that did not work I was told by matt that I had to pay to return the defective product. I asked to speak to his supervisor Mike and was given his extension. Mike never replied to multiple phone calls. I then left a message for Audrie and she never responded. Once this company has your money there is no service. I don't expect Solid Signal to be in business to long with this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
Thanks for responding only after I filed a complaint. After being told I would have to pay the return shipping for the defective product I did. Solid Signal received the defective pre amp FEB 27 (USPS tracking# 9114901230801117856368)and as of MAR 23 I have not got my refund nor will anyone return my phone calls. I am currently researching legal options."

"I called in to Solid Signal in order to get the correct CB antenna mounting bracket and cable for this Firestick antenna I have. As I'm sure you know, CB cables and brackets are not just a universal setup where everything interchanges. Most are complex and and specially fitted so, if you don't know exactly what you need, you'd most likely get it all wrong and become very frustrated while having to send parts back. Don't forget the fact that you still can't use your CB. This is why I called in. I wanted to get it right the first time.
Anyway, I must tell you that I spoke with a very informative and caring individual regarding. Her name is Ashley. Ashley, took plenty of time researching exactly what I needed. She did not hesitate to ask her co-workers for assistance in ascertaining the correct parts needed and, she wouldn't let me go without providing me with all the necessary information and part numbers for my setup.
As we all know, there are just too many phone reps out there that just don't give a darn about anything whereas, you just end the phone call totally frustrated either because they don't have the right part or you were rushed off the phone.
However, Ashley is on the other side of the spectrum regarding all this. It's obvious she is a good person and likes helping people. She is a wonderful asset to Solid Signal. I know the company is aware she is a high quality employee and I just hope they treat her properly. I will definitely shop there again and certainly refer them to others. "As this is my first dealing with Solid Signal, was referred to them by my provider, Direct TV, my experience since placing my order for the HR44 HDDVR just the other day has been excellent. I just called to check on delivery having rec'd email that order was placed & the 'manager' picked up the call & was just terrific, extremely courteous & knowledgable.
