Each order came in with different parts that I had ordered. I started with the phone call, and luckily I had the privilege of talking to Ashley. She was great. Soon as I talked to her my mind was put at ease and I knew these orders were going to be straightened out. Each order had a couple parts that actually turned out to be new replacements for discontinued items that I had ordered, but with a price a little less than what I ordered, and one order had an incorrect part.
