"This was my first time ordering from SportsMemorabilia.com. My first time really buying anything like this. I purchased a Coach K autographed basketball as a company gift. I ordered it about a week before I needed it an selected 3 day shipping thinking that would be no issue. An agent called me the next day to follow up and give me estimated ship dates. The basketball was coming from another site and could not ship immediately. I asked Genevieve if she could track the progress of the ball and told her when I needed to have it in hand. She updated me every few days. When the ball was ready to ship, she asked if I wanted to upgrade the shipping to next day for a minimal extra cost. I did so and had the ball in plenty of time for my event. I have to say, I did not expect Genevieve to follow up with me or get me the ball on time. I was wrong. Kudos to her and SportsMemorabilia.com. Product was as advertised and service was excellent."
