"Lauren Alfonzo helped me a great deal with sending me out cerftificates of authentitcy when they didn't come the first time. After the first time not coming she fed ex them and sent me a tracking code as wel so I could keep an eye on the small shipment.

I was a tad unsatisfied with the alignment of the photo in the frame and emailed customer service about it. Immediately they requested a photo of the product which I sent on Friday. By Monday morning I had a replacement delivered to by door. I was actually shocked how quickly they reacted to resolve my issue.
