"Had an issue with your website when ordering - zip code for shipping reflected zip code for billing and hadn't updated when edited. Didn't want my package to end up in the twilight zone so called customer service and was connected to Genevieve. She explained that the zip code in their system was correct - that it was a "glitch" they were aware of and were trying to resolve. Separately, had requested express overnight shipping on my item and was told by Genevieve that my item would go out express only after their 3-5 day processing window. I assumed when paying an additional $25 for express overnight service that was what would occur - not waiting 3-5 business days and then having it shipped overnight - doesn't make any sense! Genevieve immediately offered to call her processing dept. and see if it was possible for my order to ship express overnight and avoid the processing window. Guess what?! She made it happen and my package is on its way to me in time for a b'day celebration next Tuesday - thank you Genevieve!"
