"I've ordered from here many of times, but after doing some research they have the same items listed on MANY other sports websites!!! Clayton Kershaw signed gold ball for 690 and he told me I could get it for 640! I found the same exact item on millcreeksports.com listed for 459 and when I called them I got it for 390! Item is a signed Clayton Kershaw 24K gold ball with PSA/DNA certification. limited edition of 22!! They're a great site but if you don't do research they'll charge you double for what you can get the same item for on another website!! Makes me wonder on all my other items how much did I get taken for a ride!! Excellent service and quick delivery, but after this Kershaw ball makes me really wonder. "Lauren Alfonzo is such a great asset to your company. I am in Customer Service, have been for 13 years, and her follow up is second to none. Lauren was super easy to work with in getting a new name plate made and mailed out to my Dad's home as the gift I bought him had a small typo. Instead of needing to package and mail back, creating a lot of back and forth, she granted my request and had a new plate made and sent out. She would reply to my emails same day, and always with such a positive tone. Great work!!"

"I ordered a Dak Prescott autographed card but what I received was a card without autograph. Apparently this card was incorrectly worded on Amazon.com and was not an autographed card. I was not too happy with this, but after talking with Ingrid Padron she said she would correct the wording on the website and send me another Prescott autographed card that had a higher price. Two days later I received the card and sent back the other card with the pre-paid return label sent via email. Ingrid did an outstanding job turning a bad customer experience into a great customer experience. I'm sure I will be doing business again thanks to the way she handled this."
"I had ordered a Christmas present for my husband about a week before Christmas. I got an email soon after I ordered it, stating that it was accidentally cancelled. The customer service I received from Jane Tesoriero was wonderful. She contacted me right away to let me know what had happened and was extremely apologetic. She assisted me in putting the order in again so that I would receive it in time for Christmas. After I received the gift, I noticed that the display case was damaged, which I can understand from it being shipped. I emailed Jane about it and she answered my email in a very timely manner. She put in an order for a new item to be shipped right away. I received it in time for Christmas and was very pleased. I appreciate the time Jane took to help me with my order and will definitely contact her agin if I ever need help with another transaction!"
