"I purchased about 30 items at what I thought was an awesome deal on December 16 2016 and I received conformation emails and everything I looked today at my bank statements and they just refunded my money December 20 and I didn't recieve an email or a phone call with any response to why this was happening! I called today and they said they priced some of my items at the wrong price so they cancelled everything and they said i can try to order stuff again I just don't understand how no call no email and there were items that I purchased that said guaranteed by Christmas so moral of the story mistakes happen I don't know why and how I get to explain to my family that I didn't have time to get them what they wanted "

" The day Chris Sale was traded, I went online to find an autographed baseball thinking I could get a deal. I’m not a collector but Christmas season had me in a shopping mood. Most of the baseballs with Sale’s autograph were selling for around $145, SportsMemorabila.com was selling a Sale-autographed baseball for $84.99. “Last one left!” it said.
The sale went through, my credit card was billed and a few days later an email arrived that said, “Unfortunately the item you were interested in is not available. We hate sharing this news as much as you hate hearing it, but we’d like to offer a 10 percent discount on your next purchase.”
A few days later after the five stages of grief had subsided, I returned to the site and saw several Chris Sale baseballs. The baseball I had ordered (or one quite similar), was selling for $157.99.
I called customer service and no one answered and left am message. There was no response to that or the email I sent to sales director Franc (sic) Boza.
This is a shysty outfit that practices bait-and-switch. I'll never do business with them again."
"Update: After calling about 5 times this morning and getting transferred to "someone who can help with that". Dan and Jake just transferred me to a voicemail. I received a call back from the very accommodating and personable Jessica. She's the only one there with any sense. She let me know exactly what was going on with my package even provided the FedEx tracking number. It was delayed a day because I requested the framing option. In hindsight, I should have just sent it out for framing somewhere local if I knew it was going to be a day later but nonetheless I at least know what's happing and can schedule accordingly. Original Review: This review is on their customer service only. I purchased a signed jersey last night. I paid the almost $60 overnight shipping since the day after tomorrow is Thanksgiving and that's my boyfriend's birthday. It's the 22nd of November and the email confirmation says it won't be shipped out until NOV 30!!! I so desperately need it to arrive tomorrow. I called three times today, left one voicemail. Nothing. I emailed through the website and it couldn't be delivered. If it arrives tomorrow I will update this review. "
"This company has the worst customer service - don't believe shipping date estimates! I purchased an item for a present and paid for 2 day delivery. The site said it would ship the same day if I ordered before 3 pm; it was 11:30 am. Of course it didn't ship and the tracking link they sent me doesn't work. The customer service rep I spoke with was no help and told me to go to FedEx and work with them; she wasn't going to do anything. She said that it just didn't ship the same day and sh'e have to check the site but she didn't think it said they would ship right away. I finally found out on my own that I was going to get it a day late. I don't know why I even bought it from them. My mom has purchased things for my kids from them and shipping is ALWAYS a problem. They never seem to be able to send anything correctly and on time. "
"I purchased an autographed baseball for my husband's Father's Day gift, and I was not pleased with the signature. I thought I would have to go through a long drawn out return process. To my surprise, the process was quick and easy. The representative who helped me was very professional and accommodating. I would definitely use them again."

I just wanted to write and let you know that your customer service agent, Miss Virginia Ziegler, went above and beyond in making sure a special gift was delivered ahead of schedule for a special employee of ours.
Miss Virginia informed me that I had ordered the autographed Jack Nicklaus 1996 Masters framed photo too late for the 2-3 day processing and 2 day shipping timeframe. The party was in 2 days and the earliest the gift would arrive would be Friday/Monday.
That's where Miss Virginia stepped in. She assisted me with every question and inquiry by checking with the SM staff to confirm when the gift was going to be ready to ship. She also worked with me to change the shipping address and shipping method to ensure the gift arrived on time.
Miss Virginia worked above and beyond to surprise a 20-year employee with one of the best gifts anyone could ever receive.

"I will never do business with SportsMemorabilia.com again. I received a gift from a friend but wanted to make an exchange. After saying they would charge me 15% for a restock and issue me a site credit, they promised to send me a pre-paid postage label for my return. The label was never received and now they refuse to exchange my item. Talk about a warped policy. Essentially, they have infuriated a long-time collector and are refusing to make money as they will not get my 15% restock in addition to selling the item I would have purchased with my credit. Be warned...not only are their prices excessive but their customer is, apparently, never right.
UPDATE: The fact I took the time to write a truthful (and negative) review was the only reason SportsMemorabilia.com responded to me again. This time, they were very quick to send me an actual postage paid label (the first I ever received) and continued to email until I returned my card. (They wanted me to delete my review) They did offer me a coupon code for the cost of my order (minus the 15% restocking fee for a single baseball card) and I did order another card to add to my collection. I received the card today but was very surprised the price tag on the back of the card said $50 when the actual sale price on their website was $70+. I've said it before and I'll say it again...the prices on this website are excessive. I would urge anyone looking to purchase sports memorabilia to search for one of the several more affordable, and customer friendly, sites."

Soon after, I received a call from Virginia Ziegler. "If I could give less then one star I would. Ordered a item for Christmas on Dec 16 it was suppose to ship yesterday Dec 22, got an email today Dec 23 that the item is not available.
When I called they were very rude and said that their is a process before it ships and the item showed not available that's why I got refunded.

"I was lucky and my order was handled by Virginia Ziegler. She ROCKS! Without here handling my order and coming up with a SUPER replacement for my order my Grandson would have NOT gotten the two signed Red Wings hockey pucks in the great display case that I did get. My original order was cancelled due to it not passing quality control (smudged auto). She was able to combine for me the same auto's and case with singular items and assured that I received them as fast as possible even though one had to be shipped from another area.
