"I read a lot of negative reviews for SportsMemorabilia.com, so I tried to make my purchase through Fanatics, but Fanatics wouldn't ship to Canada. I made my purchase with Sportsmemorabilia.com and was worried the whole time because of the reviews that I read. My order came in exactly when they said it would, the items that I ordered were exactly as advertised and I'm not sure why but I didn't even get charged an arm and a leg at customs when it came into the country. My only regret is that I didn't order much more. These guys at Sportsmemorabilia.com dealt with me the right way. "

"Ordered an autographed picture for my brother in laws birthday. I ordered it on Wednesday evening assuming it would ship on Thursday. I chose two day shipping and spent an extra $20 to get it to me on Saturday. It did not arrive until Monday ruining my gift. I paid $20 for a four day delivery. On there website it should say expected arrival date as does everyone else so I would have known it wasn't coming. Fed ex is their shipper and they do deliver on Saturday. In dealing with customer service it was worse. Three different people lectured me on when the company was open, when the order came in and shipped etc... But nobody actually took responsibility. When you order read all of their fine print. They also say they are hassle free returns that's not true either. I'm on my second day waiting for an ra# because they said they would email it. They wouldn't give it to me when I was on the phone. They also charge a restocking fee. Not going to do business with this company again, to many others out there with great customer service."

"I purchased a Peyton Manning 16 by 20 autographed picture for my 8 year old grandson for his birthday. On this website, it stated that I would receive a numbered hologram and a certificate of authenticity. I received the numbered hologram and a little post card type deal where I could look online to verify the hologram, but not the certificate of authenticity. When I called customer service, they informed me that they do not give a certificate of authenticity. They give a little postcard saying it is authentic, but there is not a number on it or anything to actually prove its authentic. But I didn't even receive that little postcard type deal. If l actually want a letter of authenticity or anything actually proving it with the hologram number on it or anything, I have to go to a different website, mail my product to them and pay an extra $45 for that. Even though it states it on their website that I would receive a certificate of authenticity. I am beyond furious. If I had known this, I would not have ordered through them at all!!! But how would I have known? When I quoted what the website said, she said they needed to update their website...omg!!! How can they sell these without A COA???!!! Again, furious with this company!!!"
"On (11/02/2015) I ordered an autographed Tony Romo football that was guaranteed to be shipped by valentine's day and they confirmed that with a phone call. On (13/02/2015) They informed me that the item is no longer available. it was frustrating. However, the customer service specialist dealt with this situation professionally and explained the whole situation. I was refunded and compensated. I think I'll give it another try :)
