"I ordered a particular Duke Snider bat and was phoned by Virginia Ziegler of your customer service department at Fanatics Authentic and informed that the bat could not be located. She told me she had located a similar bat signed by Duke that was in better condition than the one I ordered and would ship it to person I had listed. She noticed that it was a gift and would process this bat right away for additional charge. Virginia promised that it was almost identical to the one I had ordered. I agreed to the additional charge. The bat arrived on 1/14/15 as promised and I received a call from the recipient thanking me. I questioned him on the condition of the bat and was told it was great.
I praise Virginia Ziegler for her diligence in solving the problem of the missing bat before even calling me. She went out of her way to find another more suitable replacement, spoke with her supervisor and got me a discount and then contacted me with the offer. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Virginia!"

"I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/16/14. The site showed the item available with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I received a confirmation email showing that my order was successfully placed. The evening of 12/18/14 I received an email telling me the item was no longer available, but I could purchase a different item instead. I was not offered anything to accommodate for the inconvenience and the fact that I now had to try & replace a $440 Christmas gift, a week before Christmas. I will never place an order with this site again."

"Ordered an item from Sports Memorabilia and the first one came with broken glass on the front. I called and got Virginia Ziegler. She was kind and helpful. She got an RMA setup and rolling quickly and easily. I sent her photos of the damaged item as-per her request and in less than a week I had my new item in my hands and happy. I also got to keep the old broken item as they made a claim for the damages via FedEx and was getting the money through them so no return shipping fees! I also just got another email saying they will cover the FedEx fee's that I was charged for the second item. This level of service is what I like to see and covering the FedEx fee's is what actually made me write this review. Hope others have the same experience.

Psa/Dna has no picture of it,it is IDENTICAL to the one they are still selling( both signatures) I don't see how they can have so many of the same picture for sale with the signatures in the exact same spot and exact same signature every time! "I placed an order from SportsMemorabilia.com for the first time early this year and was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the order was processed and arrived to me in Canada.
Based on this experience, I placed another other about a month ago. I was immediately notified via email with my tracking information. However after a few days of being unable to locate my package with FedEx, I called the company and spoke with Customer service. I was expecting a bit of a runaround however I got just the opposite.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Yeri Castro, who promised to look into the matter and update me with current status. I was skeptical when I hung up the phone and assumed that I would be left to chase down my package on my own....was I mistaken!
Ms. Castro was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Not only was she professional on the phone, her follow up was incredible. She managed to find my package, identify the issue and have it reshipped. She kept me updated with each step and true to her word, my package arrived exactly when she said it would.
When my package went missing, I was all set to find a new online supplier. However after dealing with Ms. Castro, I am now a client for life!!!! I haven't had the chance to speak with anyone else in this company's customer service department however if the rest of the people that work there are even half as efficient as Ms. Castro then they are very lucky!"
