"To Whom It May Concern:
I recently ordered an item through your company via UPS delivery. The delivery was supposed to be over night. However, it took severaal days to arrive. I was frustrated to say the least. I intentionally had the item delivered to an office building in Manhattan that operates 24/7 to insure someone would be there.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend one of your employees. I spoke with Clifton Hernandez who was truly concerned with my issue. He was courteous, intelligent and extremely respectful. He was able to resolve my problem in 24 hours.
Clifton took the time to investigate my items where abouts and got me a refund on the delivery charge. Please relay my thanks to him. I will continue to use your company and will reccomend it to everyone.

"I ordered an autographed photo from Canada. When I received my product, I had to pay $40 to the UPS for 'brokerage' fee. I talked to Ingrid and she was extremely helpful. No questions were asked and she refunded me the full amount. Definitely a very positive experience."

"I placed an order with SportsMemorabilia.com on a September 12th for my husbands birthday on September 15th. When I called to check on my order on Thursday, Clifton assisted me and was amazingly helpful! I called about 6:00p.m. so I know he was about to be off of work, but before he left he had my item shipped!!! This meant so much to me because it will get here before my husbands birthday!! "I had purchased an autographed bat and display case for my best friends birthday. When it arrived at his house the display case was totally shattered. I called them up to let them know and reached Jane Tesoriero. She immediately expressed concern and said she would take of the matter.
