"I ordered a autographed Jersey that had a 7 to 10 business day processing time. I reached out to Shelby to either expedite the shipment and to find out what can I do since I will be leaving for a short vacation.
Shelby answered promptly, gave me full details of the shipment, reached out to the warehouse overseas and provided me with all the options I would have.
When the shipment arrived at the fedex holding location, Shelby again reached out and informed me that my package has arrived. After I went to pick up, she sent me an email informing that the package has been picked up and asked if I have any concerns or issues with it.

We placed an order on 12/14 for an autographed Pittsburgh Steelers helmet and a mahogany display case for a major client of ours with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. On 12/18 both products showed as shipped via 2 Day express service on the website. Then 2 days later (on 12/20) we received an email that 1 or more of our items had shipped via standard FedEx Ground service. When the package did not arrive on Friday, I called the provided number and left a voicemail (which was never returned). On Monday 12/24, Fed Ex finally attempted to deliver the package after our offices had closed Christmas Eve, so while we were extremely disappointed at Sports Memorabilia's lack of follow through on the shipping services we had expected and paid a premium for, we assumed that they had technically fulfilled their listed obligations under their posted Delivery Before Christmas Guarantee so we had to recourse but to humbly apologize to our client and deliver it on the 26th when we reopened.
FedEx delivered the package and upon opening it we found only the empty case. We pulled up the order on their website and it then showed that the case shipped on 12/20 and the Autographed Helmet shipped on 12/26 at no cost which is exactly what the terms of the guarantee stated would occur if they failed to deliver either item prior to Christmas Day. Then the real fun began.
We called the customer service number again and this time spoke to a customer service agent named Eukneique. She informed us that the order for the helmet was canceled by us on 12/18. She also told us that the 2 items we purchased were ordered separately on 2 different orders. Despite both items still showing in their system under a single order number and that both items were listed as having been shipped. Having now substituted her own version of reality, she went on to tell us that the item was no longer available even if they were inclined to attempt to honor their guarantee to send the item at no cost; however the helmet was still also listed for sale on the website. Eukneique was beyond unhelpful, and the only resolution she would offer was to provide a return label for the empty display case. She refused to acknowledge any of the information or documentation we have saved at each step of this ordeal. Then she had that audacity to request that we provide the company and her with a 5 star rating.
Their "Guarantee" was clearly a scam, this company and all of their websites should be shut down for dishonest business practices."
