"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

And because of my tablet been sent without me knowing. In the apartments I leave in my tablet was stolen from outside my door due to the fact FedEx didn't have me to sign for the package, but instead of not helping me. Allstate took ownership of my tablet and sent me a check to get my tablet replaced. Most time companies like to name blame each for whatever reason. Allstate didn't blame FedEx and took care of the situation themselves. Everyone situation is different so please don't mistake companies for not caring about the customers. "
"Tried calling about our ice maker not making ice cubes. First contact at Allstate told us to empty out the whole refrigerator and freezer, unplug it for 24 hours, clean it and plug back in. Never asked how old the refrigerator was (3 years old) or about any other problems we might be experiencing (none)."
