"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."
"All of our appliances are covered by this warranty. Fortunately, we’ve only needed to use it on the dishwasher. But we are glad to have this coverage because our dishwasher has been problematic for the last year. Filing claims have been easy and problem-free. Unfortunately, after repairs had been made on three separate occasions, the problem still persisted. We are thankful that we received a full refund for the purchase price of the dishwasher, without having to put up a fight!"

"Although it was a rocky start (as Square Trade wanted us to diagnose the problem with the LG French Door refrigerator before they sent a repairman by pulling out the fridge from wall and disconnecting it going through a certain procedure!) Imagine doing this by a 74 year old senior citizen! I couldn't even put my arms around the front of the refrigerator! I had to have my son help me, went through procedure and found the fridge still did not work -- so finally they sent a repairman! The repair company was not reliable-- took about 3 weeks before the fridge was successfully repaired. I realize this is not Square Trade's fault; however they need to make a better selection of the repair company for a much smoother and faster service. To be fridge -less during the months of August and Septmber was a nightmare and the food spoilage outrageous! I know I will never buy an LG product ever again!"

"I have bought several of these plans over the years for various items. I had purchased one for a reclining chair I bought for my son. He used it while on his computer for collage classes, so it was used a lot. The chair developed several issues and was not able to be used. I contacted Allstate per the instructions and foled a claim. The process was fairly easy and I also made several calls with questions and they were handled quickly and professionaly. In a matter of days the claim was handled and I received a refund for the item as it could not be repaired. I would recomened this product for items that will see regular use."
