Never got service

"Multiple calls and registering a claim with Allstate based on Costco's direction never produced a service visit. Finally contacted LG directly and after filing a claim with them, they sent an LG tech today. (10/15/2024). Took a total of 11 days to get a service repair on an appliance we purchased a 3-year extended warranty."
