No training!!

"It took me a week before finally speaking w a person on the phone who was able to process my claim through in under 30 min where I was on chat for hours with the others that just kept giving me the run around. I’ll never purchase the plan again. I paid for 2 yrs only to be told the new replacement item
Wouldn’t be covered the remaining yr I had already paid for but would have to buy a whole new policy. Complete and total rip off. Personally, I feel I should have been reimbursed for the extra yr I paid for in protection I never received also. Buy at your own risk. Luckily, the last young man knew his job and was wonderful and get my item refunded and I was able to replace it within 3 days.
