"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."
"Well my phone had to be repaired and they definitely don’t send a device you have to send it in. Not having my phone is definitely a challenge because it’s not over night and you $150 to wait with no phone is horrible. Not to mention they gave me the runaround for uploading a receipt that I could not with T-Mobile prepaid phones do not get receipts. Finally, when I did get the receipt, which was my plan that I took a picture of they approved the claim which shouldn’t have took two days. They definitely need to send a phone because if you do not have like a phone laying around you are phone less and I take care of business on my device. I’m very disappointed with Allstate they was not like this before when I had them. "
