"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"Was originally told that they would ship a replacement after selecting it for my earbuds, it took about a week of emailing back and forth before I was finally told they would be mailing a check about 12 days after filing the claim. The check came the following week. Luckily the ear buds weren't overly expensive so I bought another set and about 5 days after that, the check showed up. Overall, not bad. Mich better dealing with Allstate protection than the "warranty" that certain other companies offer for product defects in which you have to mail your defective equipment in, wait about 3-5 business days for everything to be processed and have your replacement start getting mailed back to you. (Looking at you Skull Candy)"
