Need

"We were disappointed our refrigerator could not be fixed. But that was no fault of yours. There were few if any questions beyond that and our unit was replaced. Pretty easy"

Difficult

"This process took way too long. It was difficult getting assistance to begin with. I could not contact the manufacture. I had to call here to get assistance in a different way. It was too complicated. I finally got through and then the offer for a replacement was nothing compared to what I needed to be replaced. Instead of a tall 36 inch fan I was offered a little tiny 13 inch fan. When that issue finally got resolved. I had to wait several days until someone got back to me and then I had to select the correct item and then wait another several days until someone got back to me about that , then had to wait for a check to be MAILED??? I used Asurion & they resolved my claim in 1 day & issued a gift certificate. Having to wait for a check a paper check are you kidding me in the snail mail is ridiculous. "

Not what I expected.

"I spent a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes over 2 days with a representative who wanted me to fix the problem my self. A technician was schedul d to come 5 days later to address the problem and then I received a call the appointment was cancelled and u had to wait 5 more days. This totally unacceptable. "
