"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"I had two experiences with Allstate/SquareTrade in two days because the appliance dealer neglected to forward our information to Allstate at the time of our purchase of the warranty coverage. The first agent I spoke with, when trying to file the claim the first time, was extremely patient and pleasant with me. She tried every way she could to locate our file, but she was unsuccessful. She apologized and stated I really needed to start with the appliance dealer. Since I was sitting outside the dealer in my car with all the records necessary to start the claim, I went inside and prevailed on one of the store's reps to find out what happened. He decided that somehow their service department never forwarded our information, so he re-entered everything. After waiting maybe an hour, I heard from Allstate, and began filing the claim. Rachel was excellent in setting everything up once I answered all her questions, and a few days later a technician arrived to start the repair. I was kept informed about the date and time of the repair, and the technician called me about 15 minutes before his arrival, so we knew exactly when to expect him.
The technician was fantastic with his troubleshooting as well as informing us of what we can expect after the replacement parts arrive late next week. We look forward to the completion of the work, but the lead-up to that has been good."

"They sent me a very crappy scooter, thing isn’t even half as good as the one I originally had already. Thing barely worked and couldn’t even go 10 mph. So disappointed. I had to walk 3 miles because of it in the rain. So upset and disappointed to say the least. Customer service was the only good thing about this experience."
