"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."
"In the beginning, customer service correctly diagnosed the issue with my washer not draining correctly. They set up the appt with a company they us the following Thursday. They would be shipping me the parts. The one part would arrive 2 days before the appt and the 2nd part would arrive the day of the appt. Their company changed the appt from Thursday until Friday. Thank goodness his appt was 3-6pm and the fortunately the part arrived around 1:30pm. I don't know what would have happened if the part arrived after the tech was here. The other very stressful issue is that the phone number of the repair company that was given to me along with the company name was a joke. Since I had to take off work to be home, I started calling in the morning to confirm they were still coming to my home 3-6. The phone picked up and said something like "our team is busy helping other customers and we will call you back...usually around 10 minutes. If you do not hear from us, call us back". I tried calling at least 12 times throughout the day unable to connect with them, nor did they ever call or text me with a confirmation. I contacted Square trade about this and they also were unable to reach THEIR customer. Around 4:30 I get a text the tech is on his way and he showed up shortly thereafter. One good thing I have to say is that the company's tech, Alex was a good technician and he fixed my washer. Another is that the parts were here (close-call) so the tech could repair the machine."
